Fixed Rates
Rides within 60 minutes are fixed rate. Trips over 60 minutes may include wait time charges based on duration and conditions.

Reliable Transfers
Reliable transportation is provided with a confirmed non-refundable deposit. Pre-scheduled rides are only guaranteed when a deposit is received. We do not guarantee service for any pre-scheduled trip without a non-refundable deposit in place.

Free Cancellation
Rates are calculated based on time and distance, with fixed pricing available for select areas. Wait time charges may apply during traffic delays, extended stops, or when service time exceeds normal travel conditions for the trip.

Quality Vehicles
Our vehicles are 2012 and newer and are strictly non-smoking. A minimum $200 cleaning fee applies to any smoking or vaping, even briefly. We maintain clean, well-kept vehicles to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all passengers.

24H Customer Service
We operate with limited phone support. Our service is available 24 hours through our AI system. To reach a live operator, you must first speak with the AI to be connected. Overnight, you may need to call twice if the system does not connect.
